Quality Control
Our Quality Control department is split into two groups to support our Customer requirements. Our Scope group processes thousands of parts daily requiring inspection of key features up to 40X magnification. Our Quality Control Group manages all receiving, in-process, and final inspection throughout the manufacturing process. We are equipped with CMM’s, Vision Systems, Comparators, and over 500 precision hand tools. All inspection equipment is calibrated and traceable back to National Institute of Standards and Technology.
