Fluke Metal Products, Inc. shall only deliver the highest level of quality products and services for every transaction with customers/end user perspective. The measure of high quality is the perception and concurrence of the customer that products, documentation, and transactions are of “high quality”. Sacrifice of quality and to act in any way that would impair the customer’s perception of high quality with respect to the products, services, documents and transactions are never acceptable. Our Quality Policy has a framework for establishing and reviewing the policy objectives and has the provisions to have involvement of people at all levels to participate in continuous improvement, safety and effectiveness of Our Quality Management System.
